List of sub-processors under the GDPR

As set out in the General Conditions, for the personal data of End users which the Client causes to be processed via the Product, the Client is data controller and DongleApps is data processor. In that capacity DongleApps engages the following sub-processors:

  • Amazon Web Services: database (RDS), files (S3), email (SES), queues (SQS) and logs (CloudWatch). SES sends driver and user mail that contains names, addresses and trip content.
  • HERE: reverse geocoding, routing and the in-app map send GPS tracks and positions out.
  • Google Maps Platform: address geocoding sends street, city and country. The map and Street View scripts send coordinates from the user’s browser.
  • CM.com: client SMS goes out with the person’s mobile number and the message text.
  • 1NCE: location traffic from the tracker crosses their network and the management APIs hold the SIM identity linked to the client’s device.
  • Teltonika: remote commands, configuration and whitelists on the tracker.
